Introducing the Soldering Practice Kits page

Alright so I decided that I should at least put my foot into the door on getting this Blog situated. There likely will be an endgame of just having all the projects done be documented and then call it quits for this blog. Not sure. I might end up developing kits or piecing together information on open-source projects to allow for you to act like it is a kit and source it yourself. Just stubbing things, right now.
